    Do I need to be “fit” to start LITT?
    Not at all! LITT is designed for moms at any fitness level—especially those rebuilding after pregnancy, injury, or a long break. Every movement is intentional, low-impact, and modifiable to meet you where you’re at.
    What equipment do I need?
    All you need is a set of dumbbells, a mini band, and a backpack (or weighted vest) for walks. This program is designed to be done at home with minimal equipment and maximum results.
    Will this help with core and pelvic floor issues?
    Yes! Daily deep core and pelvic floor-focused work is built into LITT to help you reconnect, strengthen, and rebuild from the inside out—so you can feel confident and strong in your body again.
